Go to *“Sell Property”* on thepraba.comfill in the property details (location, price, type, images), and submit. Our team will review and publish it.
Is there a cost for listing a property?
Basic property listing is free. For better visibility (featured property, highlighted listings), sellers may opt for paid plans
How do I make my property listing more attractive?
Add high-quality photos, clear descriptions, accurate pricing, and highlight unique features (location benefits, amenities, nearby facilities).
How do I know when a buyer is interested?
You’ll get leads (inquiries, calls, emails) directly from interested buyers. You can then contact them to arrange site visits and negotiations
Can agents also list properties?
Yes, both individual owners and licensed agents can list properties on Prabha
Does Prabha charge commission on sales?
No commission is charged unless you opt for premium brokerage/agent services. Transactions between buyers and sellers are direct.
What if my property is sold/rented?
You can mark it as *sold/rented* or request removal. Keeping listings updated ensures trust with buyers.

Do I need to register to view property details?
No, you can browse freely. But registration helps you save searches, shortlist properties, and get personalized alerts
How do I contact a property owner or agent?
Click on the listing you like, fill in the inquiry form, or use the provided contact details. Prabha will forward your inquiry to the property owner/agent.
Are the properties verified?
We encourage sellers/agents to upload accurate details. While we take measures to screen listings, buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence (site visits, legal checks).
Do I have to pay Prabha to buy a property?
No. Browsing and contacting sellers is free. If you opt for premium buyer services (e.g., personalized assistance, agent support), fees may apply.
Can I get help with legal paperwork or loans?
Yes. Prabha connects buyers with trusted legal and financial partners who can assist with documentation, registration, and home loan processes
What if I face issues with a property or seller?
